Scope
This policy covers the website at boxdex.lol and its launch waitlist. The BoxDex mobile app is still in development and is not publicly distributed. A store-ready app privacy policy will be published before release if the app’s final data practices require additional terms.
Information you choose to provide
If you join the waitlist, the form sends your email address to Kit, our email service provider. We use it for launch news and occasional launch-related updates. The form is configured for double opt-in: you must confirm the address from the email Kit sends before the subscription is active.
We do not ask for a name, collection profile, payment details or account on this website.
Hosting and security data
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like other web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare processes network and device information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot requests. BoxDex does not use that infrastructure data to build advertising profiles.
Cookies and analytics
BoxDex currently runs no advertising or product analytics script and sets no first-party tracking cookie. Embedded external links, such as YouTube, open on those services and are governed by their own privacy terms. If analytics or cookie-based tools are added later, this page will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
Retention and your choices
Waitlist addresses are kept while launch updates remain relevant or until you unsubscribe. Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove your address by emailing hello@boxdex.lol.
About app data
The current development build stores collection status and user-selected photos on the device and has no BoxDex account or cloud backend. This describes the MVP build, not a promise that an unreleased app’s architecture can never change. Any material change will be disclosed before public release.
